Tasting Notes
On the nose, you’ll be surprised by a depth and maturity that one wouldn’t normally expect from a 90’s cognac! Ripe stone fruits such as apricots and mirabelle plums are carried by darker mocha and chocolate notes. Noble cedar and sandalwood, light tobacco notes and a dash of citrus oil enhance the elegance to create a wonderful perfume!
On the palate, the Tiffon plays on the entire flavour scale! Fruit and honey sweetness alternate with a creamy croissant and cake flavour. The heavy body and oily texture end in a long and delicate finish of dark chocolate and macadamia nuts. Already thirsty and hungry?
